Eloura Puts Foot on Burwood Site Approved for 58 Homes
Eloura Developments has snapped up an $18-million parcel in Sydney’s inner-west held by the same owners for more than three decades.
The 1261sq m site at 5 Belmore Street, Burwood was acquired by the builder-developer after an expressions-of-interest campaign managed by Colliers.
The site last sold for $4.85 million in 1995, according to Cotality’s RP Data.
